Welcome to the Online Service of View Member Balance of Employees Trust Fund Board.

This service allows user to view his/her current ETF balance and to change contact information by login to his/ her account.

• View claim application status
• Download ETF claim application documents &
• Download application to change personal information through this service.

1. View ETF balance Procedure
   • Please login to your ETF account by providing your valid username and the Password.
   • Click on "View ETF balance" link.
   • System will displays the current ETF balance of your account.
2. View claim application status Procedure
   • Select "View Claim Application Status" in login screen.
   • Then enter your Lot Reference No.
   • Click on "Submit".
   • System displays the status of your claim application.

• Login to the system.
• Click on "Submit"Select "View Claim Application Status" and follow above instructions.

• Select "Download Claim Application Documents" in login screen.

• Login to the system.
• View your ETF balance.
• Click on "Download Claim Forms".

• You can login to the system and change your contact information through "Change Contact Information" link

• Download the Application to change personal information and submit the duly filled application form to ETF Board.
